INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF APPLIED EQUINE BEHAVIOR AND COGNITIVE ETHOLOGY OF THE HORSE
Founded in 2002, Animantia is a private international academy dedicated entirely to the horse, specializing in the study and teaching of Applied Horse Behavior. For our professionals, the study of equine behavior aims at improving the quality of life of horses, their physical and psychological well-being by promoting a better relationship with humans in a non-training but relational perspective.
In 2005, the academy expanded to the US with specific professional programs dedicated to equine dentistry students.
An innovative presentation of the most resent scientific studies on horse behavior and cognitive ethology combined with a growing awareness of horse welfare. This gives an opportunity for students to learn an extremely valuable knowledge to apply with horses as well as becoming professional ready to go beyond all modern natural horsemanship methods.
This creates a unique professional learning program where high standards of teaching and training are applied with natural communication and animal behavior that provides outstanding results for people and horses.
